Rental Terms
Important information for your rental with Athos Rides
Driver Requirements
Drivers must be between 21 and 70 years old, depending on the vehicle category.
A valid driving license is required and must have been issued at least 2 years prior to the rental date.
For 125cc scooters, the appropriate motorcycle license category is mandatory.
Rental Rates
Our rental prices include:
• All applicable taxes (VAT)
• Third-party liability insurance
• Road assistance within Sithonia
• Free helmet(s)
• Unlimited kilometers
Rental prices do not include:
• Additional driver (if requested)
• Optional accessories (phone holder, top case, etc.)
• Delivery outside Sarti area (if applicable)
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level.
Failure to do so may result in a refueling charge.
Insurance & Liability
All rentals include basic third-party insurance coverage as required by Greek law.
The renter is responsible for any damages caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of traffic regulations.
Additional insurance options may be available upon request.
Payment Policy
We accept:
• Cash payments
• Major credit and debit cards
• Online prepayments
A deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
Traffic Violations
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines, penalties, or violations occurring during the rental period.
Vehicle Use
Vehicles must be used only on paved roads and in accordance with Greek traffic laws.
Off-road use is strictly prohibited unless specifically agreed for certain bicycle categories.
Delivery & Pick-up
Free delivery and pick-up is available within Sarti.
Delivery outside Sarti may incur an additional charge.
